社区居民健康程度评估表的汉化与信效度检验

Background In the context of the conducting home health care services for the elderly, the chronically ill and the disabled, it is an important basis for accurately meeting patients’health care needs at home to use professional assessment tools to assess patients’ health status and health care needs.ObjectSinicized the community health intensity rating scale and examinedit’s reliability and validity .Methods Following the translation, back translation and cultural adaptation process of Brislin model, the Chinese version of CHIRS was developed. 244 elderly chronic diseases patients in community were evaluated for their health status and home health care needs, so as to evaluate the reliability and validity of the scale and verify its practicability. Results The results of expert consultation showed that the S-CVI/ave of Chinese version CHIRS was 0.98, and the I-CVI was between 0.71-1.00. The overall Cronbach 'α coefficient was 0.884, and the Cronbach' α coefficients of the four dimensions ranged from 0.593-0.787. The prediction validity was measured by the correlation between CHIRS level and patients' self-rated health status and home health care service needs,and the correlation coefficients were -0.611 (P<0.001) and 0.584 (P< 0.001),respectively. Conclusion The Chinese version of CHIRS has good reliability, validity and reference significance, which was of great significance for optimizing CHIRS and guiding the construction of local assessment tools for health status and home health care service needs of community elderly chronic patients .
