配重系统在升降台中的应用

升降台是剧场演出设备中的主要设备，其功能、成本因素直接影响到剧场的整体规模与档次。相对于无配重的驱动系统来说，配重－卷扬式驱动系统不但可以大大降低减速箱的输出扭矩和电机的驱动功率，还可以降低升降台的制作成本、增加剧场的档次，减小制动器的制动噪音，降低升降台运行的不安全因素，降低剧场的运营成本。
Elevators is the main devices in theatre. The scale of theatre depend on the function and cost of elevators. Compared with non-counterweight drive, this drive with counterweight system have the following advantage, lower output torque for gearbox, lower power for main motor, lower cost for theater, lower noise for brakes, higher safety factor and lower running cost for theater.
