实时荧光定量PCR技术是近年来新出现的一种核酸定量技术。本文综述了该项技术的原理、特点及其在环境氨氧化细菌研究中的应用,同时也指出了该技术存在的问题及其发展应用前景。
Real time fluorescent quantitative PCR is a recently developed technology for nucleotide quantification. This paper reviews the principle, characteristics of this technology and its applications in the studies of environmental ammonia oxidizing bacteria (AOB). The drawbacks and applicable perspectives of this technique are also summarized.
