信息运营转型背景下的电信企业资产管理

本文以信息运营转型为背景，以资产管理为切入点，分析了资产对电信企业的重要性，及信息运营转型对电信企业资产管理的要求，并基于当前电信企业资产管理现状及存在的主要问题，从资产全生命周期管理、价值管理理念及信息系统支撑等方面提出了资产管理规范化的建议。
his paper takes telecom operators’ operation transformation to information operators as context, analyses the importance of asset management to operators, and the request to asset management during the operation transformation. Based on the status in quo and the main problems in asset management, this paper gives advises of standardization from total lifecycle management, philosophy of value management, and IT supported system, etc.
