集成能力、群体特性与大众协作创新绩效

由日益复杂的创新需求引领的企业开放创新背景下,涌由日益复特性变量引入传统企业创新分析框架,并构建基于协作众包的计算实验模型,深入探讨集成能力和群体特性对群体协作创新绩效的影响。研究发现:集成能力与协作创新绩效呈正相关关系,其边际影响随着群体规模增大而递减;成员异质性与协作创新绩效呈正相关关系,其边际影响随着群体规模增大而递增;当群体规模足够大时,成员异质性足以补偿集成能力低下带来的不利影响。本文揭示了企业利用群体协作创新的深层逻辑:群体规模的"调节效应"和成员异质性的"补偿效应"打破了传统封闭创新模式桎梏,进而使得企业创新朝着分散化、多元化和大众化的趋势转变。

Under the background of open innovation of enterprises led by increasingly complex innovation needs, a "grassroots" collaborative innovation model represented by network crowdsourcing has emerged. It is difficult to explain the above phenomenon only from the perspective of individual knowledge integration ability to study the performance of collaborative innovation. Based on this, this paper introduces group characteristic variables such as group size and member heterogeneity into the traditional enterprise innovation analysis framework for the first time, and constructs a computational experimental model based on collaborative crowdsourcing, and discusses in depth the impact of integration capability and group characteristics on the innovation performance of group collaboration. The study found that: (1) the integration ability and collaborative innovation performance are positively correlated, and its marginal influence decreases with the increase of group size. (2) The heterogeneity of members is positively correlated with the performance of collaborative innovation, and its marginal influence increases with the increase of group size. (3) When the group size is large enough, the heterogeneity of the members is sufficient to compensate for the adverse effects of low integration capacity. This paper reveals the deep logic of group collaboration innovation in the Internet environment: the "regulation effect" of group size and the "compensation effect" of member heterogeneity break the traditional elite innovation model, and then make the enterprise innovation change towards the trend of decentralization, diversification and popularization.In this paper………..
