新型染料木素磷酸酯衍生物的合成与表征

series of genistein phosphate derivatives were synthesized through a simplified Atherton-Todd reaction using genistein and phosphate as the raw material under the condition of triethylamine and tetrachloromethane, and their structures were determined by IR, ESI Ms and NMR. The result showed that monophosphorylated reaction occur at the 7-position of genistein, but not at its 4-position and 5-position.
