基于数据挖掘技术的刺络放血疗法病谱研究

Objective:This paper proposed to analyze the disease menu of bloodletting therapy in the references with data mining technology to put forward advantages diseases of bloodletting therapy in clinical diseases ， broaden the scope of clinical application and improve the clinical decision. Methods: Using literature research methods and data mining technology to screen ，entry, audit and extract the effective information of the published journal articles, conference papers and graduate thesis screening which related to the bloodletting therapy from 1949 to December 2011.Then sum up the disease menu of bloodletting therapy .Results: Bloodletting therapy is suitable for 140 kinds of diseases, involving six genera. Physicians ,a total of 46 species, which account for 32.86% of the total disease menu are the most,The rest was followed by surgery, surgery, dermatology, pediatrics and gynecology.They are 44, 22 , 14, 10, 4 kinds,respectively. We dovetailed 1484 references into the research. The highest frequency of diseases is the eye of a needle (156), followed by acne (123), snake strand sore (119), injury of the tissues(79), the outbreak will (64), headache (58), tonsillitis (57), waist and leg pain (57), facial paralysis (57)and the rest of the frequency of diseases are less than 50 times. Conclusion: 1. The main advantages diseases of bloodletting therapy are the eye of a needle ,outbreaks , tonsillitis will,acne, snake strand sore , injury of the tissues,waist and leg pain , headache and facial paralysis. 2. The bloodletting therapy also has significant curative effect in treatment of deficiency syndrome.
