影像分割精度评价方法初探
n Approach to The Method for Method of Image Segmentation Accuracy Assessment
影像分割是基于对象影像分析工作流程的第一个环节,影像的分割精度对影像分类以及分类结果的精度有决定性的影响。目前,影像分割精度评价方法可分为监督与非监督两种,其中监督的方法是对分割数据与已知参考数据进行对比作差异分析。本文提出一种基于矢量-栅格叠置分析的分割精度评价方法,对分割数据与参考数据进行矢量叠置选择与栅格叠置计算的方法对分割数据与参考数据的面积差异进行准确计算,可以有效避免两者因数据源的不同而引起的面积计算误差。文章最后使用该方法与传统方法分别对QR、OR、UR与ED四个评价指标进行计算并对比,表明该方法能更准确的计算分割数据与参考数据的面积差异,提高各评价指标的计算精度,从而可以更准确的对分割精度进行评价。
Image segmentation, is the first step in object-based image analysis, the accuracy of image segmentation has decisive affects on the result of subsequent classification. At present, the accuracy of image segmentation evaluation methods can be divided into two kinds of supervised and unsupervised. The supervised method is take segmentation date compared with reference date for discrepancy analysis. This paper proposed a segmentation accuracy assessment method based vector-raster overlay analysis; this can avoid the errors in calculation caused by the date from different date sources. At the end of the paper calculated and compared four commonly used evaluation show that this method can more accurately calculate the area discrepancy between segmentation date and reference date, and improve the accuracy of the evaluation.
