基于R&D模型的中国知识增长效率区域差异的研究

本文目的主要探讨我国各地区的知识增长效率是否存在差异,科技水平落后的地区是否存在着追赶科技水平高的地区的现象。本文运用永续盘存法对2004年-2009年我国各地区的知识存量作出估计,以罗默R&D模型当中的知识生产函数为基础,通过引入虚拟变量的邹志庄检验,根据我国科技统计数据建立关于区域差异的知识增长效率方程。本文发现科技水平高的地区R&D经费和R&D人员的生产效率都高于科技水平一般和落后的地区。科技水平落后的地区的知识增长加速度要快于科技水平高的地区,即存在着追赶的情况。但是科技水平一般的知识增长加速度与科技水平高的地区无异,因此它们之间的差距将越来越大。

he purpose of this paper is to explore the regional differences of knowledge growth ,and weather the areas in low technology level are catching up with the high ones. This paper estimate the stock of patent application in different areas from 2004 to 2009 by perpetual inventory method .The equation about regional differences in knowledge growth is built by Zou Zhichuang-test,accordign to China's science and technology statistics. This paper find that the production efficiency about both R&D funding and R&D staff of the high technological level areas is higher than the low technological level areas,but the growth acceleration is just in the opposite, so the low technological level areas are catching up with the high ones.And the growth acceleration of the general technological areas is the same with the high ones ,so the gap between them will become bigger.
