酒泉盆地火烧沟组孢粉记录及其意义

Pollen records of the Huoshaogou Formation of the Jiuquan Basin and rediscussion on the late Eocene palynofloras in northwest China

孢粉植物群的研究对恢复古环境和古气候具有重要意义。通过对我国西北内陆地区酒泉盆地火烧沟组红层进行大量的孢粉分析研究, 揭示出该地区在始新世后期(40.2~33.4Ma)普遍发育干旱气候环境下的Nitraria, Chenopodiaceae 和Ephedraceae等植物并伴有少量的亚热带分子, 代表一种北亚热带干旱半干旱为主的气候, 详细的孢粉记录所反映的古气候特征与全球气候变化一致, 在时间序列上具有强烈的全球对比意义。同时结合具有最新测年资料的西北地区其它盆地的孢粉记录, 揭示出晚始新世时期我国西北地区孢粉植物群具有高度的一致性, 反映广袤均一的低海拔干旱-半干旱的萨瓦纳气候环境, 在空间上具有强烈的古气候环境指示意义。

hrough the analysis on the redrock pollen from the Huoshaogou Formation in the northern margin of the Tibetan Plateau, northwest China. The result shows that there are the arid-semiarid palynofloras during the 40.2~33.4 Ma in the middle to late Eocene, the main types are Nitrariadites and Chenopodipollis, Ephedripites as well as a small quantity of north tropical types, including Rutaceoipollis, Rhoipites, Meliaceoidits, Fraxinoipollenties, Cupuliferoi - pollenties, Euphorbiacites and Magnolipollis etc. The total palaeoclimate indicated by the characteristic of the pollen record is subtropical Savanna and the detailed palaeoclimtic fluctuation can be well compared with the global climatic change. At the same time, combining with the pollen data from the Qaidamu Basin as well as from other basins in northwest China at that time, based on the newest age data and the biostratigraphic correlation , the results tell there is one good palynofloras with very closed relationship among those palynofloras from the different basins in northwest China, which is named Ephedripites~Nitrariadites~ Chenopodipollis pollen zone from the Qaidamu Basin, and we think there is a broad and in lower attitude region in northwest China controlled by the arid-semiarid Savanna climatic environment.
