科学技术是第一生产力,自主创新能力是体现一个国家科学技术水平的重要标志。提高自主创新能力，必须以相应的机制为基础。本文在阐述了自主创新重要意义的基础上，分别从政府机制、市场机制、企业机制和社会机制四个方面论述了自主创新的支撑机制。
As Science and technology constitute a primary productive force，independent innovation ability is an important sign to reflect the scientific and technological level of one national.
