兔腹主动脉瘤与人腹主动脉瘤比较分析
omparison of infrarenal abdominal aortic aneurysm between rabbits and humans
【目的】探讨兔肾下腹主动脉瘤模型与人腹主动脉瘤差异性。【方法】采用I型猪弹力蛋白酶灌注新西兰大白兔肾下腹主动脉建模方式,借助稳定可控的灌注器控制灌注压力,分析动物腹主动脉瘤形成后1年内形态、血流动力学及病理变化;并与人腹主动脉瘤进行对等比较。【结果】10只动物完成1年观察。模型4周形成,其后瘤体直径无变化,瘤体最大扩张率和长径均无明显变化,瘤体及瘤径无扭曲,无附壁血栓形成。瘤腔内血流成涡流或旋流,瘤体入口血流速度明显高于瘤腔血流速度。成瘤血管病理改变表现血管内皮严重受损;中膜间弹力纤维断裂;弹力纤维之间炎性细胞浸润等改变。【结论】兔肾下腹主动脉瘤模型,4周后具有良好稳定性。该AAA模型与人体AAA具有较大程度相似,可作为AAA应力学和治疗相关研究的较理想模型。
o compare the difference of abdominal aortic aneurysm (AAA) between rabbit and human. The New Zealand rabbits underwent the perfusion of the abdominal aorta respectively with porcine pancreatic elastase. The AAA morphologic, hemodynamics and pathological changes were investigated and compared between rabbits and humans. Ten AAA of rabbits were analyzed within one year. AAA was successfully identified by ultrasound on postprocedural 4 week. The ratio of aortic diameter and length of rabbit AAA were not significant changed. There were not found the parietalthrombus and the twist of aneurysm neck and body. The turbulent flow was identified in the aneurysm body. The peak systolic velocity of inflow tract was significant higher than one of aneurysm body. The pathological changes were showed as inflammatory cell infiltration of the aortic wall and loss of elastic tissue. The rabbit model of AAA is similar to human, and this model is suitable for hemodynamics and treatment research about human AAA.
