基于正态分布的齿轮传动可靠性设计
Research on the Reliability of gear transmission Based on Normal Distribution
本文在传统齿轮传动设计的经验基础上,结合机械可靠性、概率设计法,提出了一种新的齿轮传动设计方法。这种方法在设计中将应力与强度如实的当作随机变量来处理,将比传统的齿轮传动设计更具有科学性,并且能够求出所设计齿轮的可靠度。概率设计是可靠性设计的重要组成部分,是应用概率论和数理统计理论进行机械零件或构件设计的方法,其实质就是把强度设计中所有的变量如实地当作随机变量来看待。本文在对所设计的齿轮的可靠度进行估计时,假设齿轮失效时的接触疲劳强度-接触应力和弯曲疲劳强度-弯曲应力服从正态分布,基于概率设计法,提出了一种齿轮可靠度的计算方法。
In this paper, the author proposed a new method of gear design based on the experience of the traditional gear design and a combination of mechanical reliability and probabilistic design method. The method regards stress and strength as a random variable honestly, which will be more scientific than the traditional design, and calculate the reliability of the designed gear.Probabilistic design is an important component of reliability design. It applies the theory of probability and mathematical statistical to design mechanical parts or component. Its essence is that regard all the variables as random variables faithfully in the strength design. In this paper, when the author estimates the reliability of the designed gear, assuming that the gear contacting fatigue strength-contacting stress and the gear bending fatigue strength-bending stress obey a normal distribution, and proposes a new method of calculating the reliability of the designed gear based on probabilistic design method.
