文章从宏观管理的视角对部分国家/地区CI研究与服务业发展模式的类型及特征进行研究，并通过对不同CI研究与服务业发展模式的需求动因、政府作用和社会政策环境影响的比较分析，认为各国在发展CI研究与服务业时，应当根据自己的实际情况，选择适合的发展模式和相应的扶持政策。
his article research on the type and peculiarities of CI industry in part countries from the macro-view，through comparative analyzing the require factors、government action and social environment influence in different patterns of CI study and service industry，thank that every country should selects the suit pattern and the helping policy according to oneself practical situation in developing CI study and service industry.
