HRT对反硝化除磷的影响

运用厌氧-缺氧-好氧-短时曝气短程硝化同步反硝化除磷工艺,在常温(25℃)条件下,控制系统污泥龄为20d,进水pH值为8.5以上,好氧池溶解氧浓度保持在3mg.L-1左右,可以实现该工艺的快速启动。在工艺稳定运行情况下,控制好氧1池溶解氧浓度为1.5~2.5mg.L-1,好氧2池溶解氧浓度为0.5~1 mg.L-1,可以实现稳定的亚硝酸盐积累,好氧2池出水亚硝酸盐浓度达到5 mg.L-1以上,系统氨氮去除率达到80%以上。调节系统水力停留时间(HRT)为9小时,可以达到最佳的亚硝酸盐积累和反硝化除磷效果。
novel process consisting of anaerobic - aerobic -anoxic- short time aeration units was proposed to achieve shortcut nitrification coupled with simultaneous denitrifying phosphorus removal. At ambient temperature(25℃),The process could be start-up quickly when its solids-retention time(SRT) was 20d、inffluent pH above 8.5、aerobic unit dissolved oxygen(DO)was above 3mg.L-1. When the process was stablly operated,the DO of aerobic 1 unit was 1.5~2.5 mg.L-1,the DO of aerobic 2 unit was 0.5~1 mg.L-1,its could realize stable nitrite accumulation,the nitrite concentration of aerobic 2 unit was above 5mg.L-1 and ammonia nitrogen removal efficiency was above 80%.When the Hydraulic retention time(SRT)was 9h,the process could achieve best effect for nitrite accumulation and denitrifying dephosphatation.
