玄武岩纤维钢筋混凝土梁弯曲静载及疲劳性能试验研究

本文通过静载及疲劳试验,分析玄武岩纤维钢筋混凝土梁在弯曲静载及反复荷载作用下破坏形态和破坏机理、挠度变化规律。试验结果表明:玄武岩纤维掺入对钢筋混凝土梁的静载极限承载力有一定提高,最大幅度为6.5%;玄武岩纤维钢筋混凝土梁疲劳破坏形态为脆性破坏,均始于钢筋的疲劳断裂。挠度随疲劳循环次数前期增长幅度较大,而后期变化幅度比较微小,处于平稳阶段。通过玄武岩纤维钢筋混凝土梁的疲劳寿命与破坏时荷载循环次数曲线,拟合出不同体积掺量疲劳寿命方程,为玄武岩纤维在实际工程中应用提供依据。
In this paper, based on static load and fatigue test, analysis of basalt fiber reinforced concrete beam under static load and repeated bending load failure pattern and failure mechanism, deflection change rule.?The results show that: basalt fiber reinforced concrete beam on the ultimate bearing capacity is enhanced, the maximum amplitude is 6.5%.??Basalt fiber reinforced concrete beam fatigue failure mode of brittle failure, began in the fatigue fracture of reinforcement.?Deflection with fatigue cycles - grew larger, and later in a stablephase amplitude changes relatively small.?Through the fatigue life of basalt fiber reinforced concrete beam with the curves load cycles, fitting a different volume content fatigue life equation.Provide the basis for basalt fiber in the practical engineering application.
