基于多条耦合器声表面波式小波重构器件的延时补偿方案

针对基于多条耦合器声表面波式小波重构器件中各个尺度器件之间时间不同步的问题,提出了补偿多条耦合器和输出叉指换能器之间距离,实现时间同步的延时补偿方案。该方案利用了声表面波在晶体基片表面的延时特性,通过在声表面波器件内部进行延时补偿,确保了各个尺度重构器件在同一触发信号作用下具有相同的响应时间,避免了由于时间不同步造成的重构误差问题。通过对一个具有三尺度基于多条耦合器声表面波式小波重构器件的延时补偿实验结果表明,该方案对于实现多尺度小波重构器件之间的时间同步是非常有效的。
o solve time non-synchronization problem among different scale devices in surface acoustic wave’s (SAW’s) wavelet reconstruction device based on multistrip coupler (MSC), a novel delay time scheme of compensating the distance between MSC and output interdigital transducer (IDT) was proposed. Time synchronization in different scale reconstruction devices was realized by the delay time characteristic of surface acoustic wave (SAW) propagating on crystal substrate surface. Realization of time synchronization ensure that all scale reconstruction devices have same response time for identical trigger signal, and avoids reconstruction error due to time non-synchronization problem among different scale devices. The experiments of compensating a SAW’s wavelet reconstruction device based on MSC with three scales confirm that the delay time compensation scheme is effective.
