目的:比较超临界CO2流体萃取法与水蒸气蒸馏法所得川芎挥发油部位的化学成分组成。方法:运用GC-MS分析方法对所得的川芎挥发油部位化学成分进行鉴定。结果:超临界CO2流体萃取得率为1.6%,GC-MS分析鉴定成分44个;水蒸气蒸馏得率为0.5%,GC-MS分析鉴定成分39个,两种提取方法所得的挥发油部位共有成分24个。结论:两种提取方法所得挥发油部位成分存在差异。

Oejective: Comparison of volatile oil from Ligusticum chuanxiong Hort by steam distillation and supercritical carbon dioxide extraction. Method: GC-MS was used to identify the chemical constituents of volatile oil from the Ligusticum chuanxiong Hort. Result: The rate of supercritical carbon dioxide extraction was 1.6%, 44 components were identified by GC-MS; the rate of steam distillation extraction was 0.5%, 39 components were identified by GC-MS, there were 24 common volatile oil components between the two methods of extraction.Conclusion: The components of volatile oil by two methods of extraction were different.
