光子有没有静止质量是物理学的一个基本问题。本文对普朗克黑体辐射公式进行重新思考,建立新的黑体辐射公式,提出光子静止质量常数假设,并计算原子(元素)光谱的静止质量谱和基本粒子、介子、重子静止质量的波长。特别是关于中微子静止质量和波长的计算结果,与β衰变理论和Troitzk's中微子实验吻合也很好。

Whether photon rest mass is zero or not is a fundamental problem of physics. This paper is about the rethinking of Planck blackbody radiation equation, and the creation of new equation of blackbody radiation, on the basis of which the constant hypothesis of photon rest mass is put forward, and the rest mass spectrums of atom (element) spectrums and the rest mass wavelengths of elementary particles, mesons and baryons are calculated. Particularly, the calculation results of neutrino rest mass and wavelengths also have a good agreement with the theory of β decay and the Troitzk's experiment of neutrino.
