his paper maks a deep analysis of dalian education administrative office system, it combines with the character of software development, and it does the following researches: It makes an analysis of the background of this system, it does researches on user and bussiness data, analysis of the bussiness characters,and does well prepared work for designing this system. This paper introduces the details of the system architecture design, system deployment, operation of the program. Finally,this paper makes the optimization of the software and hardware.
