PLC诞生整整45年,已经成为实现工业控制的中坚力量。它的功能不断完善,应用领域不断扩大,体积却越变越小,它对于工业控制技术的进步与社会发展所发挥的作用无可估量。PLC以它的高可靠性和易操作性,主导了工控行业数十年,本文研究内容是设计一款基于ARM嵌入式的PLC系统模块,开发模块采用新一代PLC总线结构,使用双核CPU做数据处理,兼容多种通信与数字量输入输出协议规范,从而在提高整体性能的情况下具有较高的抗干扰能力并保证稳定工作。着重讲述硬件回路设计,并根据实际调试逐步完善设计PLC系统模块。

PLC is born for 45 years, it has become the backbone of industrial control. For it's function becoming perfect, the application field expanding unceasingly, the volume is getting smaller, it become the industrial control technology progress and social development of the role immeasurably. PLC with its high reliability and easy operability, dominated the industry for decades, and control in this paper the research content is to design a PLC system based on ARM embedded module, bus structure, a new generation of PLC module using a dual-core CPU for data processing, compatible with a variety of communications and the digital quantity input/output protocol specification, thus improving the overall performance has higher anti-interference ability and guarantee under the condition of steady work. Focus on the hardware circuit design, and according to the actual debugging module design of PLC system to consummate gradually.
