铜(Ⅱ)-8-羟基喹啉功能化的SBA-15的制备及选择氧化苯甲醇应用研究
Bis(8-quinolinolato)copper(II) immobilized onto amino-modified SBA-15 for selective oxidation of benzyl alcohol
通过逐步法合成氨基改性的SBA-15固定双(8-羟基喹啉)铜(II)。表征结果表明,制备的材料比表面积,总孔体积和平均孔隙宽度随着每次修饰逐渐减小,但SBA-15结构保持完好。元素分析结果表明Cu2+/-8-羟基喹啉的摩尔比为约为1/2。制备的催化剂苯甲醇选择氧化实验结果表明,用水作为溶剂情况下,可获得36.2%的转化率和85.2%苯甲醛选择性。
Bis(8-quinolinolato)copper(II) immobilized onto amino-modified SBA-15 catalyst has been synthesized through a stepwise procedure. The characterization results indicated that the BET surface area, total pore volume and average pore width decrease after stepwise modification of SBA-15, while the structure keeps intact. The molar ratio of Cu2+/8-quinolinol is ca. 1/2 in the synthesized material. Catalytic tests showed that Cu-Q-SBA-15 catalyzes the oxidation reaction well with 36.2% conversion of benzyl alcohol and 85.2% selectivity to benzaldehyde when water is used as the solvent.
