利用地球物理资料预测异常地层压力

各种地球物理属性(如速度、电阻率、泊松比、振幅等)与有效应力间存在某种函数关系。根据有效应力原理,可以利用地球物理属性计算有效应力和地层压力。地层压力预测的关键因素是建立反映异常地层压力成因的数学物理模型和选取合适的地球物理属性。利用地球物理资料进行地层压力预测尤其是钻前预测可以从以下几个方面着手:(1)充分了解地质背景,结合测井和钻井资料分析异常地层压力成因;(2)利用已有井资料计算上覆地层压力和有效应力;(3)分析有效应力与速度及其它属性的关系,确定合适的压力预测模型;(4)利用最优化方法标定模型中的经验参数;(5)利用地震资料反演适用于压力预测的高分辨率地层速度和提取其它地震属性;(6)根据已确定的模型,利用地震速度及其它属性联合预测三维地层压力。(7)评价预测结果。

Geophysical attributes, e.g. interval velocity, resistivity, Poisson’s ration and some other seismic amplitude attributes, are function of the effective stress. The geophysical attributes are available to compute the effective stress and pore pressure based on the effective stress principle. This principle is applicable regardless the origin of abnormal pore pressure. The critical factors for the pore pressure prediction include how to build the model that fit the abnormal pressure’s origin and how to use proper geophysical attributes. Pore pressure prediction using geophysical data contains the following issues: (1) the origin of abnormal pressure analysis based on geological knowledge, well-logging and drilling data; (2) overburden pressure and effective stress computation using well logging data; (3) model selection by the relation between effective stress and geophysical attributes, e.g. velocity and others; (4) empirical coefficients calibration using optimization method; (5)high resolution velocity inversion and extraction of other attributes from seismic data; (6)3D pore pressure prediction according to the established model; (7) final results assessment.
