糖基导向杀虫剂是将糖基与杀虫剂活性分子拼接,前期研究表明,葡萄糖与氟虫腈分子拼接合成的糖基氟虫腈(GTF)可以被蓖麻主动吸收且这一过程由糖转运蛋白所介导。本研究通过检索已释放的蓖麻基因组数据库,RT-qPCR的方法检测蓖麻的全基因组共53个糖转运蛋白基因对糖基氟虫腈(GTF)处理后的表达变化并筛选出潜在的转运蛋白基因进行进一步的研究。RcSTP1被筛选用来进一步的研究,结果表明,定位于细胞质膜的RcSTP1极有可能参与了GTF的韧皮部装载。

Monosaccharide transporters were proved to be involved in the foliar uptake and phloem transport process of glucose-fipronil conjugate (GTF) using castor bean seedlings. Within the caster bean genome, we identi?ed 53 sugar transporters and measured their changes in responding to GTF treatment by RT-qPCR. After GTF treatment, RcSTP1 was screened to deeply study from the RcMSTs expression profile, which was located at plasma membrane.
