针对钢铁冶炼过程中连铸结晶器的非正弦振动要求,通过数学的理论分析,得到了一种便于实现的结晶器非正弦振动波形, 分析研究了该波形的参数、动力学特性及工艺上的参数取值范围,为结晶器非正弦振动波形的实现提供了一种理论的实现方法。

For the requirement of the non-sinusoidal wave of mold oscillation in continuous casting In this paper a new non-sine oscillation wave is derived from the mathematic principle. The result shows the analysis of the wave amplitude, frequency, deflection rate, dynamic characteristics, and the engineering parameters necessary for the casting speed. The value ranges of the parameters are given for practical applications. It has provided essential theoretical basis for the application of non-sine oscillation wave technology for crystallizes practically.
