Reason of Formation and Removal of Band Structure
研究了锅炉和过热器用低、中碳合金钢无缝钢管带状组织形成原因。研究结果表明,带状组织形成主要是轧制工艺温度不当引起的。经过进一步试验研究分析原因,提出工艺改进和正火热处理消除带状组织的新工艺。
Experimental studies on reason of formation and removal means of band structure in boiler and filter seamless steel tube and low carbon alloy seamless steel tube are discussed in this paper. The results show that the formation of band structure is not the composition segregation of steel, but the error of rolling temperature. Through study and analysis, a new process, which can remove band structure by recovered heat treatment, has been raised.
