重组人粒细胞巨噬细胞集落刺激因子凝胶治疗深II度烧伤创面疗效的Meta分析

OBJECTIVE: To systematic evalute the effects of rhGM-CSF for the treatment of second-degree burns in China. METHODS: Datebases including CMB（1979 to 2016）, Wanfang Data (1982 to 2016), VIP (1989 to 2016) and CNKI (1979 to 2016). Randomized controlled trials (RCTs) of recombinant human Granulocyte-Macrophage Colony-Stimulating Factor hydrogel for second-degree burns were collected. The methodological quality of the included studies was evaluated, and data analysis was performed using the Cochrane Collaboration's software RevMan 5.3 software. RESULTS AND CONCLUSION: A total of 10 RCTs involving 975 deep second-degree burns patients were included. The results of meta-analysis indicated that: the wound healing time in the rhGM-CSF treatment group was less than that in the control group (P < 0.00001). The wound healing rate between rhGM-CSF treatment and control groups were significantly different at 2 and 3 weeks (P<0.000 01）. According to the evidence, treatment for second-degree burns with rhGM-CSF can improve the wound healing rate. There was no statistical difference between 2 groups with the positive rate of bacteria (RR=0.76，95%CI=0.54~1.09，P=0.14), it still needs a large sample of high-quality randomized controlled studies to be further confirmed. ?????
