水热碳基复合材料在表面增强拉曼散射中的应用

表面增强拉曼散射(SERS)是一种简单高效的分子检测手段,目前,寻求高活性、制备工艺简单的SERS活性基底是研究工作的热点。本文采用水热碳化-原位还原法合成了银-水热碳球-银(Ag@HTC/Ag)复合材料,并探究了复合材料对罗丹明6G(R6G)的SERS行为,结果表明,该复合结构具有较高活性,对R6G的检测极限可低至10-11mol/L,能实现低浓度分子的高灵敏检测。
Surface-enhanced Raman scattering (SERS) is a simple and efficient molecular detection tool. it has been the research hotspot to find simple preparation ways of active SERS substrates. In this study, we synthesized Ag@HTC/Ag composites through hydrothermal carbonization-in situ reduction method and explored the SERS behavior of the composites to Rhodamine 6G (R6G). Result shows that the composites was highly active and the detection limit of R6G can be as low as 10-11mol/L. The composites can detect low concentration molecules with high sensitive.
