哈氏合金激光焊接技术及其焊接性研究
Study of Laser Welding technology about Hastelloy alloy and its Weldability
哈氏合金有耐腐蚀性好、耐高温高压等优点。由于该系列合金具有较高的强度和韧性,通过焊接性能的分析得出在焊接过程中容易出现诸如热裂纹、气孔、晶间腐蚀等缺陷,为了克服这种缺陷,就要采用合理的焊接工艺,以保证工件质量。本文根据焊接过程中的影响因素以及各影响因素的水平采用正交试验设计的方法设计出正交表,找出焊接过程的各组合水平,并按照此组合水平采用激光机器人焊接系统对0.8mm的哈氏C-276合金薄壁管做了大量的试验。通过观察焊后焊缝接头的外观形貌,验证材料采用激光机器人焊接系统焊接的可行性,对焊缝形貌较好的试样进行拉伸试验,然后对焊接过程的影响因素加以优化,确定了最合理的焊接方案,为哈氏合金的应用提供一定的技术支撑。
Hastelloy is one kind of alloys which has many advantages, such as better corrosion resistance, resistance to high temperature and high pressure, etc. Because of high strength and toughness of this series of alloys, the defects such as thermal cracks, porosity, intergranular corrosion will occur through the analysis of the welding performance in the welding process. In order to overcome these defects, we should adopt reasonable welding technology to ensure a good welding quality. In this paper, orthogonal test design method will be used to design the orthogonal table which according to the influence factors in the welding process and the level of each influence factor, find out each combination level of the welding process, and according to this combination level a robot laser welding system will be usde we research on Hastelloy C-276 alloy thin-walled tube which just has 0.8 mm, use robot laser welding system to perform a great deal of experiment. By observing the surface topography of the welding seam joint, thus verify the feasibility of the welding method that use robot laser welding system to weld this material, then do the tensile test about the specimen which has better weld morphology, and finally optimize the influence factors in the welding process to find the most reasonable welding plan, providing certain technical support to the application of hastelloy alloy.
