温度对粘结润滑涂层摩擦学性能的影响

以环氧树脂EP、E54为胶黏剂,按一定比例添加聚四氟乙烯、石墨、二硫化钼,制备粘结固体润滑涂层。在摩擦磨损试验机上进行不同温度下的摩擦磨损试验。实验结果表明:环氧树脂EP较E54具有更好的耐热性,制备的EP固体润滑涂层在200-300℃时,仍有较好的减摩耐磨性能。
Prepared two kind bonded solid lubricant coatings using epoxy resin EP、E54 and adding the same content polytetrafluoroethylene、graphite、molybdenum disulfide. Tribological properties of the bonded solid lubricant coatings was tested by the tribometer. The experimental results show that, epoxy resin EP,s heat resistance is better than E54;solid lubricant coating prepared by EP epoxy has still a good anti-friction and wearability properties at 200-300 ℃.
