本文对热轧、冷弯简支薄壁不锈钢圆管柱的轴压性能进行试验研究,获得不锈钢材料的拉伸、压缩性能及长柱轴压的力学性能,包括加载现象、破坏形态、极限荷载及初始缺陷等,并提出长柱轴压稳定系数建议公式。经验证,Quach模型能够与我国奥氏体304热轧、冷弯不锈钢拉伸及压缩方向应力-应变关系良好吻合;长柱构件初始缺陷建议取其构件长度的1/2000;轴压稳定系数建议公式计算值能够与试验结果良好吻合,可供工程设计人员和各国不锈钢结构设计规范修订相应内容时参考。

his paper presents experimental investigation on hot-roll and cold-formed thin-wall pin-ended stainless steel tubular columns in axial-compression, achieves the tensile and compressive properties as well as the mechanical properties of tubular columns including loading phenomenon, failure modes, ultimate loads and initial imperfections. Besides, the expressions are proposed for determining the stability factor of axially loaded compression members. It is shown that the stress-strain model proposed by Quach is fit for austenitic 304 hot-roll and cold-formed stainless steel. The initial imperfection of long columns is recommended as 1/2000 of the length. Comparing with the test results, the proposed expressions produce reliable calculation, and may be directly used in practical design and incorporated into future design codes and guidelines.
