基于体压分布的人椅界面接触方案分析

以腰椎肌肉骨骼模型为基础,建立了全身肌肉骨骼生物力学模型,提出了一种根据体压分布设置接触方案的方法,根据体压分布实验的分区结果,将相对接触强度设置为臀部、腿部、脚部垂向力的相对大小,使得模型的求解精度得到提高,对比了不同平均接触强度对求解精度的影响。将人体与座椅之间的接触分别采用6个、8个和14个接触点来代替,综合来看可选择设置8个接触点。通过与文献中的实验测量数据进行对比分析,表明基于体压分布设置接触强度能准确反映肌肉激活度、关节力等生物力学指标。
Based on the musculoskeletal model of lumbar spine, a full-body model model was established, and a method of setting the contact scheme according to the pressure distribution was proposed,the relative contact strength is set as the relative magnitude of the vertical force of the hips, legs and feet, which improves the solution accuracy, and compares the effects of different average contact strength on the solution accuracy.The contact between the human body and the seat is replaced by 6, 8 and 14 contact points respectively. In general, 8 contact points can be selected. By comparing with the experimental measurement data in the literature, it is shown that setting the contact strength based on the pressure distribution can accurately reflect muscle activation and joint force.
