目的 考察不同干燥方法对白芷提取物中欧前胡素含量的影响。方法 采用HPLC测定常压干燥品,减压干燥品,喷雾干燥品,微波干燥品中欧前胡素的含量。结果 各干燥品中欧前胡素的含量依次是微波干燥品>喷雾干燥品>减压干燥品>常压干燥品。结论 喷雾干燥与微波干燥,不仅可以缩短干燥时间,而且有利于有效成分的保留,均有独特的优越性。

Objective To investigate the influence of different drying technology on imperatorin of Angelica dahurica extract. Methods We detect imperatorin of different drying samples by HPLC determination. Results The content of imperatorin which included in microwave drying almost equal to the spray drying samples, followed by the vacuum drying samples, the ambient pressure drying samples. Conclusion The spray drying and microwave drying technology can be used for the dehydration of Chinese Herb Medicine with the advantage of shortened drying time and better preservation of active ingredient.
