基于半模基片集成波导的柔性带通滤波器
Flexible Bandpass Filter Based on Half Mode Substrate Integrated Waveguide
为了减小柔性基片集成波导(SIW)滤波器的性能恶化,提升滤波器的通带性能,本文在滤波器两侧传输线的正下方蚀刻了矩形缺陷地结构(DGS),在保持传输线阻抗不变的情况下增加了传输线的宽度,以此来减小传输线与半模基片集成波导(HMSIW)结构之间的不连续性。通过这种方式完善了传输线与HMSIW谐振腔之间的阻抗匹配,减小了电磁波传输过程中的能量损耗,提升了柔性滤波器的通带性能。在此基础上设计了一款通带范围为7.75GHz-9.35GHz的柔性带通滤波器,对设计的滤波器进行了仿真与测试,测试结果显示滤波器具有更好的通带性能,并且在弯曲状态下依然可以保持稳定的性能。
o mitigate performance degradation and enhance the passband characteristics of flexible substrate integrated waveguide (SIW) filters, this paper introduces a rectangular defective ground structure (DGS) etched directly beneath the transmission lines on both sides of the filter. This approach maintains the impedance of the transmission lines while increasing their width, thereby reducing the discontinuity between the transmission lines and the halfmode substrate integrated waveguide(HMSIW) structure. By this method, the impedance matching between the transmission lines and the HMSIW resonant cavity is improved, which decreases the energy loss during electromagnetic wave transmission and enhances the passband performance of the flexible filter. Based on this technique, a flexible bandpass filter with a passband range of 7.75 GHz to 9.35 GHz has been designed. The filter was simulated and tested, and the test results demonstrate superior passband performance and stable operation even under bent conditions.
