从产业效率视角看节能节水的经济性

We should consider deeply the reason of increasing of energy consumption per-ten thousand Yuan’s. But almost all researchers didn’t doubt the economic of energy/water saving. This paper use the data of variables, which included labour, capital, energy, water and industrial add value, to calculate the industrial efficiency. The paper conclude that neither energy nor water play an important role in industrial production. In other word, it isn’t economic to save energy/ water. Therefore it is impossible to decrease energy/water consumption unless increase the cost of energy/ water consumption or decrease the cost of energy/water saving.
