四川省水土流失现状及其防治对策
Present Situation of Soil and Water Loss and Controlling Measures
四川省地处长江上游，人口众多，人地矛盾突出。由于自然和人为因素的影响，水土流失严重，给人民的生产和生活带来了危害，严重制约其经济可持续发展。本文基于该省水土流失现状与危害，分析了造成水土流失的原因，并就此提出了相应的对策措施与建议，以期服务于四川省的“山川秀美”工程的建设。
