摘要:本文采用铸渗法将氧化镁和铬铁等组成的合金粉与母材熔合在一起,在铸件表面形成致密、均匀的抗高温、耐腐蚀的复合层。通过分析影响铸渗层组织与性能的各种因素,选择了最佳工艺参数。

bstract:This paper has been studied abrasion-resistant powder composed of MgO and Cr-Fe after mixed with organic binder by the method cast-infiltration. Resisting heat and corrosion defects compact metallurgically-combineded cast-infiltration layer was obtained on differentmatrix (iron ductile iron and steel). analysis various factors which were impacted organizations with performance of the cast-infiltration layer,and the best parameter was decied.
