我国农田水利建设时空分异及影响因素分析
Spatial-temporal Differentiation and Its Influencing Factors of Irrigation and Water Conservancy Construction in China
本文以省域为研究单元,采用探索性空间数据分析和空间计量方法对2004-2014年我国农田水利建设时空分异特征及影响因素进行分析。结果显示:(1)我国农田水利建设具有显著的空间正相关性,省际差异略有缩小;(2)在局部差异上,高-高集聚区域主要集中在华北平原地区和长江下游平原地区,低-低集聚区域主要分布于西北地区;(3)农田水利建设与各省人均GDP、农村人均农业固定资产投资、城镇化率正相关,其中城镇化水平的提高最能显著提升农田水利建设效果,农村人均农林水事务财政支出占比、人均耕地面积负向影响农田水利建设。
aking the provinces of China as the study object, this paper analyzes the spatial-temporal differences and its influencing factors of irrigation and water conservancy construction in China from 2004-2014 with the method of ESDA. As shown in the results : (1) Irrigation and water conservancy construction in our country shows a significant Spatial correlation, provincial differences slightly narrow; (2)In terms of local differences, the provinces of H-H clustering mainly locate in the north China plain area and the lower reaches of the Yangtze river plain region, L-L clustering areas are mainly distributed in the northwest region;(3) Irrigation and water conservancy construction is affected by the adjacent provinces,and has a positive correlation with Per Capita GDP, rural per capita agricultural investment in fixed assets and Urbanization rate, rural per capita agricultural fiscal expenditure and per capita plowland have a negative influence on Irrigation and water conservancy construction.
