抑郁症严重困扰着患者的生活和工作。常见的药物治疗存在一定的副作用,因此,运动作为一种方便安全的治疗方法引起了广泛关注。本文基于国内外研究现状,归纳了运动对抑郁患者的作用及其神经生物学机制,分析表明运动具有抗抑郁的效果,是单胺类神经递质系统、神经内分泌系统、神经免疫系统、神经可塑性、神经营养因子这些因素共同作用的结果。

Common medication has certain side effects and thus exercise as a convenient and safe method of treatment has attracted widespread attention. On the basis of current research at home and abroad, this article sums up the effects of exercise on depressive patients. and its biological mechanism. The analysis reveals that exercise has an antidepressant effect. It is thought to be the result of a coincidence of these factors which are monoamine neurotransmitter system, neuroendocrine system, neuronal immune system, neural plasticity, and neurotrophic factor.
