氧化锌纳米棒阵列/p型金刚石异质结的合成及其光催化性能的研究
Growth and photocatalytic properties of ZnO nanorod arrays/p-diamond heterojunction
本文利用水热法,在硼掺杂金刚石膜上生长ZnO纳米棒阵列,制备出具有整流特性的ZnO纳米棒阵列/p型金刚石异质结结构,并研究其光催化性能。研究表明,由于ZnO纳米棒阵列与p型金刚石之间形成的异质结效应使得ZnO纳米棒阵列/p型金刚石异质结光催化剂具有良好的光催化性能。
he ZnO nanorod arrays (NRs) were fabricated on boron-doped diamond substrate by hydrothermal method. Photocatalytic activity of the fabricated ZnO NRs/p-diamond heterojunction was investigated for the degradation of methyl orange dye and the results indicated that the ZnO NRs/p-diamond heterostructures photocatalyst exhibited the high photocatalytic efficiency. The enhanced activity is attributed to the improved separation of photogenerated charges mainly by the ZnO NRs/p-BDD heterojunction.
