科技进步贡献率的区域差异与影响因素：应用江苏省面板数据的经验分析

本文首先利用苏南、苏中和苏北三区域1999-2006年间的数据，用索洛余值法得到资本产出弹性和劳动产出弹性，并计算出各区域历年的科技进步贡献率。在此基础上通过建立计量模型分析了影响江苏省科技进步贡献率提高的诸因素，得到研发水平、公共基础设施水平、FDI和信息化水平等是其重要影响因素的结论。最后依据此分析结果提出了提高江苏省科技进步贡献率的若干政策建议。
his paper firstly got the capital-output and labor-output flexibility through Solow residual value method by using the data of southern Jiangsu, central Jiangsu and northern Jiangsu from 1999 to 2006, and calculated the contribution rate of scientific and technological progress over the years. On this basis, this paper analyzed the affecting factors about the contribution rate of scientific and technological progress of Jiangsu province by establishing an econometric model, and found that the level of R&D, public infrastructure, FDI, IT, etc. played important roles. Finally, this paper gave some policy recommendations to raise the contribution rate of scientific and technological progress of Jiangsu province.
