智能化是未来道路交通管理的发展趋势,车牌识别是智能交通系统的关键技术,智能车辆管理系统正是在这种背景下开发出来的能够实时识别汽车牌照并做出正确反映的智能交通管理系统,有着广泛的应用领域和良好的发展前景。本文应用DirectShow技术建立适用于多出入口场所的视频监控系统,该系统通过综合分析所有出入口的车辆信息达到车辆智能管理的目的。另外,本文还介绍了一种基于字符结构的车牌字符识别算法,该算法充分利用了车牌上字符的结构特点。

Intelligent management has been the trend of future traffic management, and license plate recognition is a key technology in an intelligent traffic management system. Against this background, the intelligent vehicle management system is developed, which has a broad application field and a well development prospect. With this system, vehicle license plate can be recognized real-time, and the management systems can also action accordingly. In this paper, a video monitor system suitable for multi-entry location is established used DirectShow technology, and intelligent vehicle management can be implemented by analyzing vehicle information of all the entries. In addition, a license recognition algorithm based on character structural is introduced.
