数字鸿沟是指在全球数字化进程中,不同国家、地区、行业和人群获得数字技术的不平等,它不仅是一个技术问题,更是一个社会公平问题。word2vec是一种神经网络词转向量算法,能从大量文本中进行特征学习,将每个词语表示为向量,并捕捉词语语义和语法特征。数字鸿沟在学术界和实践界得到了广泛关注,本文对我国学术平台中国知网和社交媒体平台微博上的数字鸿沟相关内容进行神经网络词转向量建模,对"数字鸿沟"的相似词和相关词进行比较分析,并通过降维处理和可视化方法对所有词语的词嵌入特征进行多维特征展示和对比,旨在推动数字鸿沟研究的发展。研究发现了我国学术平台和社交媒体平台在数字鸿沟关注热点和词嵌入方面的差异特征。本文遵循数据驱动的研究范式,创新性地利用神经网络词转向量对我国学术平台和社交媒体平台数字鸿沟的关注热点和词嵌入进行比较,为数字鸿沟的创新和实践研究提供了新的视角。
igital divide refers to the inequality of access to digital technology among different countries, regions, industries and populations in the process of global digitisation, which is not only a technical problem, but also a social equity problem. word2vec is a neural network word embedding algorithm that learns features from a large amount of text, represents each word as a vector, and captures the semantic and grammatical features of the words. The digital divide has received wide attention in both academic and practical circles. In this paper, we conduct neural network word2vec modelling on the digital divide-related content on China National Knowledge Infrastructure (CNKI), an academic platform in China, and Weibo, a social media platform in China, to compare and analyse the similar and related words of the "digital divide", and through the dimensionality reduction process and visualization method, we conduct multi-dimensional feature display on the word embedding features of all the words. The multidimensional features of all words are displayed and compared by dimensionality reduction and visualisation methods. This study aims to promote the development of digital divide research. The study found the difference characteristics between our academic platforms and social media platforms in terms of digital divide\'s focus of attention and word embedding. Following the data-driven research paradigm, this paper innovatively uses neural network word2vec to compare the focus of attention and word embeddings of digital divide between China\'s academic platforms and social media platforms, which provides a new perspective for innovative and practical research on digital divide.
