新型多氟有机化合物的高效液相色谱-质谱定量检测方法
etermination of Novel Polyfluorinated Ether Sulfonates by UPLC-ESI-MS/MS
本文建立了定量分析3种新型多氟有机化合物和全氟辛基磺酸(PFOS)的超高效液相串联电喷雾三重四级杆质谱(UPLC-ESI-MS/MS)方法,比较了3种不同填料的色谱柱的分析效果,对待测样品的溶剂、流动相乙酸铵浓度和有机相构成做了优化。结果显示,分析方法优化后,4种目标物在0.025到10 ng/mL范围内线性良好,相关系数R2≥0.999;峰面积的日内和日间相对标准偏差(RSD)分别为0.9%~1.4%和3.1%~5.6%;以信噪比大于等于10的最低浓度确定4种物质的定量限分别为0.004,0.002,0.002和0.417 ng/mL。
method using ultra performance liquid chromatography coupled with electrospray ionization tandem mass spectrometric (UPLC-ESI-MS /MS) was developed for simultaneous determination of 4 polyfluoroalkyl substances including PFOS, Cl-PFOS, 6:2 Cl-PFESA and 8:2 Cl-PFESA. Three different type columns, BEH C18, BEH shield RP and HSS T3, were compared. The solvent of mixed standard solution, concentration of ammonium acetate and organic phase composition were evaluated to acquire optimum analysis conditions. Under the optimal analytical conditions, the peak area of each analysis and its concentration had a good correlation within the linear range (R2≥0.999) from 0.025 to 10 ng/mL. The intra-and inter-day relative standard deviations ( RSDs) of the mix standard solution were 0.9%~1.4% and 3.1%~5.6%, respectively. The limit of quantification (LOQ) (S/N=10)of the method for PFOS, Cl-PFOS, 6:2 Cl-PFESA and 8:2 Cl-PFESA were 0.417, 0.004, 0.002 and 0.002 ng/mL, respectively.
