顾客满意度是基于顾客视角的质量指标,是一种以市场、以顾客为中心的发展理念。通过对农村信用社顾客满意度的研究我们可以发现农村信用社运行中的薄弱环节和发展中的缺陷,寻求解决方案,推动农村信用社经营体制和机制的改革。结合国内外顾客满意度研究成果以及农村信用社的特点,归纳出影响我国农村信用社顾客满意度的主要因素有:农村信用社服务质量、农村信用社环境、农村信用社产品质量及价格、农村信用社形象。 经过分析,得出沈阳市农村信用社顾客满意度指数为64.1242%,刚刚处于及格水平,没有达到顾客预期的水平,有很大的提升空间。针对分析结果,应四个方面提高农村信用社顾客满意度,分别是:提高服务质量;注重营业环境的建设;提供价格合适,品种齐全的金融产品;注重形象、保证公平。
