Longitudinal Vibration Mathematical Modeling of Auger-Bit of Digging Machine for Tree Planting and Its Simulation

本文利用空间运动学和机械振动理论以及弹性动力学原理,着重分析建立钻头纵向振动模型并用数值计算方法进行数值求解,系统地分析了钻头下端部件与土壤的相互作用力、钻头重力及惯性力等因素的影响,给出了动态边界条件和初始条件,通过自行开发的软件进行仿真实验,经过现场实验验证,充分证明了所建模型及所开发的软件的正确性和有效性,为整机动态特性研究,合理预测和控制钻头的运动规律,改善钻头的动力学特性,提高钻头工作效率及改进设计方法提供了新的理论依据。

In the paper, taking advantage of the spatial kinematics, the theory of mechanization vibration and the principle of elastic dynamics the author established emphatically the longitudinal vibration model of auger-bit and found its solution by method of numerical value, at the same time, analyzed systematically the interaction force between bottom of auger-bit and soil, auger-bit gravity and inertia, gave the dynamical stochastic boundary condition and initial condition and put up simulation experiment with the software that the author exploited. Based on the spot testing ,the results showed that the model and the software was correct and effective, which can provide new theoretic basis for whole machine dynamic characteristic research, rationally forecasting and controlling movement rule of auger-bit, improving the dynamic characteristic of auger-bit, enhancing work efficiency of auger-bit and improving design method of auger-bit.
