本文首先论述了独立学院的发展现状，通过SWOT工具分析了今后独立学院发展面临的问题。指出目前独立学院发展面临的最大的问题是政策风险，国家要从政策上对独立学院的身份给予肯定：包括学校、教师、学生三者的身份都要予以确认。根本解决之道是组织体制的改革.
Abstract
This paper firstly discusses the problems facing the development of independent colleges. After analysing the basis of the future development strategy of independent Colleges through the SWOT tool,It find that policy risks is the biggest problem facing the development of independent colleges now. So the state should give legal status of Independent Colleges using policies: Including the status of college, teachers and students are all should be identified. The fundamental solution is to organize structural reform.关键词
