能源小球藻异养培养研究

Study on the heterotrophic cultivation of chlorella sp.

本文对影响小球藻生长的四个主要因素即葡萄糖,KNO3,KH2PO4以及MgSO4进行了单因素实验,探讨了不同添加量对生物量的影响。并通过正交试验,确定了各因素对小球藻影响程度的大小,得到了异养培养的最佳优化条件:在BG11培养基的基础上,葡萄糖20g/L,C:N为3:1,KH2PO4 0.05g/L,MgSO4 0.15g/L,小球藻的最大生物量可达到4.45g/L.该研究为小球藻的异养培养提供了依据。

o examine the effect of glucose,KNO3,KH2PO4 and MgSO4 on the growth of chlorella sp, single factor and orthogonal experiments were employed to determine the optimum condition of heterotrophic cultivation.Results showed that on the basis of BG-11 culture medium with the condition of glucose 20g/L,C:N 3:1,KH2PO4 0.05g/LM,gSO4 0.15g/L ,chlorella sp obtained the maximum biomass:4.45g/L .The research provided basis for heterotrophic cultivation of chlorella sp.
