采用LMD和互相关的管道泄漏检测信号噪声抑制

针对目前常用的经验模态分解(Empirical mode decomposition,EMD)方法存在欠包络和过包络现象且端点效应严重,容易给分解结果引入虚假分量以及相关系数筛选法依赖于信号和噪声的先验知识且无法适用于复杂的管道环境等问题,本文提出了一种采用局域均值分解(Local mean decomposition,LMD)和互相关方法的管道泄漏检测信号噪声抑制方法。该方法首先采用LMD方法将管道泄漏检测信号分解为若干分量,然后采用互相关方法筛选出主要包含泄漏信号的分解分量进行信号重构,从而实现对管道泄漏检测信号的噪声抑制。仿真分析及实验结果表明,该方法既可以适用于不同的管道环境又具有较强的管道泄漏检测信号噪声抑制能力。

In order to overcome the limitations of the commonly used empirical mode decomposition in the undershoots or overshoots phenomenon and the drastic end effect, which will introduce false decomposition and the limitations of the correlation coefficient shifting method that it relies on the prior knowledge about signal and noise and it can't be applied in the complex pipeline environment, a noise suppression method for the pipeline leak detection with the local mean decomposition (LMD) and the cross-correlation method is proposed. To realize the suppression of the noise signal, firstly the detection signals are decomposed adaptively into several PFs (product functions) by LMD, and then the useful decomposition components are selected based on the cross-correlation method to construct the leakage signal. The simulation and experimental results show that the method proposed in this paper with LMD and cross-correlation shifting is suitable for different pipeline environment and the capability of noise suppression is strong.
