连续性照护定量评估指标及应用研究进展

摘要
连续性照护是全科医学的基本原则和核心特征，高水平的连续性照护有利于提高患者满意度和降低死亡率等。准确评估连续性照护是提高连续性照护水平的前提，连续性照护定量评估指标通过反映连续性照护的水平高低，既可以指导医务人员改善连续性照护，也可以协助医疗机构管理者改进治理措施，从而为患者提供最佳服务。因此，对连续性照护进行定量评估是十分必要且至关重要的。然而，目前国内关于介绍连续性照护定量评估指标的概念及应用的研究较少，因此本文通过研究总结国内外文献，分类介绍了常见的连续性照护定量评估指标，并归纳总结了指标的应用疾病和应用人群，同时分析了现存指标的局限性以及以后可能的改进方向，旨在为国内研究人员选择应用指标时提供理论依据。
Abstract
Continuity of care is the basic principle and core feature of general practice. A high level of continuity of care is beneficial to improve patient satisfaction and reduce mortality. Accurate assessment of continuity of care is the prerequisite for improving the level of it. Quantitative assessment indexes of continuity of care can not only guide medical staff to improve continuity of carebut also assist healthcare administrators in improving governance measuresso as to provide the best service for patients by reflecting the level of continuity of care. Thereforequantitative assessment of continuity of care is necessary and crucial. Howeverat presentthere are few researches on the concept and application of quantitative assessment indexes of continuity of care in China. Thereforeby summarizing domestic and foreign literaturethis paper classifies the common quantitative assessment indexes of continuity of caresummarizes the diseases and populations to which the indicators are appliedand analyzes the limitations of existing indexes and possible improvement directions in the futurein order to provide a theoretical basis for domestic researchers to select indexes for application.关键词
